PROMPT This AI Challenge
“Command Line Clint Strikes Back…and Claude Gets Put to the Test" featuring Clint and Greg
Every episode of the PROMPT This podcast includes an AI Challenge for the audience. Follow the instructions below to complete this episode's challenge.
If you only use ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot, you are operating at the surface.
That is fine for drafting emails. It is not enough for building leverage.
Recently I pushed myself into Claude Code. Not the web UI. The command line. Inside a live repository. Reviewing diffs. Refactoring functions. Committing changes. At least that's what Claude Code was doing for me.
I had help getting started. And yes, you need working knowledge of Git and source code structure to unlock the full power of Claude Code.
But that stretch is exactly the point of this AI Challenge.
You do not grow AI capability by staying comfortable.
You grow it by working closer to systems.
What Changes When You Move Beyond Chat
When you move from prompt-response to AI embedded in workflows, three things shift:
-
AI becomes operational, not experimental.
-
You learn how context windows, memory, and constraints actually work.
-
You expose process inefficiencies in your own business.
The tool becomes a forcing function.
Now let’s get practical.
Next-Level AI Tools and How to Use Them
Below are serious tools that push you beyond generic LLM interaction.
For Product and Strategy Leaders
Gamma
Gamma is not just slide generation. Feed it a product requirements document, customer interview transcripts, and positioning notes. Use it to pressure-test narrative coherence across your go-to-market story.
A SaaS company could upload board materials and instantly generate three alternative investor narratives. A manufacturing firm could convert a 40-page technical spec into a sales-ready executive overview in minutes.
NotebookLM
NotebookLM turns raw documents into a structured research environment. Drop in earnings calls, competitor case studies, and internal strategy docs. Ask it to identify contradictions, gaps, or hidden themes.
A consulting firm could synthesize 25 client artifacts into one executive briefing. A product company could map feature overlap across competitors in one afternoon.
For Marketing and Revenue Leaders
Clay
Clay is data orchestration with intelligence layered in. Enrich, score, and segment accounts automatically using AI signals.
A manufacturing company could identify under-penetrated distributors by combining revenue data, geography, and LinkedIn activity. A SaaS company could auto-build personalized outbound campaigns tied to funding events.
HeyGen
HeyGen allows you to generate AI avatar videos and localized content at scale. This changes the economics of executive communication.
A services firm could record one core product pitch and deploy tailored versions for different industries. A global manufacturer could create multilingual training or partner enablement videos without re-filming.
Riverside
Riverside captures high-quality remote recordings with AI-generated show notes and clips.
A CMO could record customer interviews remotely and instantly convert them into testimonials, blog posts, and sales collateral.
For Operations and Internal Systems
Notion
Notion AI can convert messy meeting notes into structured SOPs and task lists.
A product team could automatically convert sprint retros into prioritized action items. A manufacturing plant could turn safety meeting transcripts into updated compliance documentation.
Linear
Linear paired with AI-assisted ticket triage creates discipline.
A SaaS startup could convert raw customer feedback into structured bug reports with acceptance criteria. A services firm could log recurring client requests and surfaces productization opportunities.
For Technical and Builder Roles
Lovable
Lovable allows rapid AI-assisted prototyping in the browser. A founder could build an internal analytics dashboard prototype in one weekend. A marketing team could create a lightweight pricing calculator or new landing page without waiting on a web developer.
Claude Code
Claude Code embeds AI directly into your development workflow. A web developer could refactor legacy code with AI explaining logic changes line by line. A product manager could collaborate directly with developers inside the codebase.
The Challenge
Pick one tool.
Define one concrete deliverable.
Time-box to two hours.
Ship something real.

Final Thought
You cannot delegate AI literacy. You have to earn it.
Stretch into tools that operate closer to the system. Accept the friction. Build something tangible.
That is how leaders move from using AI to redesigning work with AI.
