PROMPT This AI Challenge

“A Live Look at How AI Fits into Real Work…and Greg was the Test Case” featuring Clint and Greg

Every episode of the PROMPT This podcast includes an AI Challenge for the audience.  Follow the instructions below to complete this episode's challenge.

This week’s AI Challenge is simple and direct.

Stop waiting on your web team.

You are going to build a fully functional personal website in under 30 minutes using:

  • ChatGPT

  • Lovable

If you lead sales, marketing, product, or a business unit, this is not optional. The ability to prototype fast is now a core leadership competency.

In the episode, we collapsed what would normally take a designer, a developer, and a week of iteration into minutes. Your job is to prove you can do the same.

The Objective

Create a polished personal website that:

  1. Positions you as a credible leader in your domain

  2. Reflects your personality

  3. Includes at least five sections

  4. Is published to a public URL

No code. No agency. No internal ticket.

Just you and AI.

Step 1: Define Your Positioning in ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT and give it this directive:

  • Tell it who you are

  • Tell it what industry you serve

  • Tell it the audience you want to attract

  • Ask it to "deeply research your public presence"

  • Ask it to "generate a full website structure"

You want:

  • Homepage positioning statement

  • About page

  • Services or expertise section

  • Insights or blog section

  • Contact or booking CTA

  • One personality section that humanizes you

Now give ChatGPT some guidance on how to tune it up and make it even more specific to you.

Manufacturing VP? Position around operational excellence and AI-enabled production visibility.

SaaS revenue leader? Position around AI-driven pipeline execution.

Professional services firm partner? Position around strategic advisory in a volatile market.

Let ChatGPT draft everything.

Then refine tone. Make it sharper. More opinionated. More you.

Or just accept what ChatGPT spit out.  It's probably pretty good to begin with.

Step 2: Convert to a Single Lovable Super Prompt

Ask ChatGPT:

Combine this entire website into one optimized Lovable prompt that generates a modern, professional, fully functional website with navigation and responsive layout.

Copy the output.

Step 3: Build in Lovable

Go to lovable.dev.

Create a new project.

Paste the prompt.

Click Plan.

Wait two to three minutes.

You now have a website.

Step 4: Iterate Like a Marketer, Not a Developer

Now the power move.

Inside Lovable, type commands like:

  • Add a professional headshot from this URL
  • Make the tone more bold and direct
  • Add a section about my passion for [insert you're favorite pass time here]
  • Add stronger calls to action
  • Introduce a secondary accent color that reflects innovation

This is where marketers win.

Step 5: Publish

Click Publish.

Use the lovable.app domain.

Send the link to three people and ask:

What do you think I actually do?

If they cannot answer in one sentence, fix it.

Step 6: Advanced Mode

Once you’ve built your personal site, try one of these:

  • Build a product landing page

  • Build an ROI calculator

  • Build a conference microsite

  • Build a recruiting page

  • Build a GTM phase-specific website

The marketers who understand this workflow will outpace the ones still opening tickets.

Final Thought

AI did not eliminate the marketer.

It eliminated the bottleneck.

If you lead a team and you still think websites require weeks of cross-functional coordination, you are operating on an outdated playbook.

The leaders who prototype fastest will shape narrative fastest.

Go build something.
