Every episode of the PROMPT This podcast includes an AI Challenge for the audience.  Follow the instructions below to complete this episode's challenge.

Your team’s next sales kickoff (SKO) is coming up, and the vibe has to be just right—motivational, memorable, and maybe a little outrageous. Music sets the tone, and this challenge will prove how AI can do more than write emails or forecasts. It can become your DJ.

The Challenge

Find and use Song Maker GPT created by aisonggenerator.ai from the ChatGPT GPT library. Your mission:
Use it to create a short playlist that captures the energy and message you want at your upcoming sales kickoff.

You’ll then explain how each song connects to your company’s strategy, culture, or goals for the new fiscal year. Think of it as a sonic business plan—AI-generated, human-approved.

Steps to Complete

1. Find the Tool:
   Search the ChatGPT Custom GPT Library for “Song Maker GPT - Create Your AI Music”.  This GPT is created by aisonggenerator.ai.
   
   
2. Pin It To Your Sidebar:
   Click the GPT name at the top and then click “Keep in sidebar”.
   
   
   
3. Create Your Playlist:
   Use the AI prompts in the next section below to generate songs that match your SKO’s theme. You can give it details like audience size, tone (inspiring, competitive, fun), or product messaging. 
   
   Note that you can only create one song a day with the free trial or you can sign up for the service at $9.90/mth.
   
   
4. Name Your Playlist:
   Give it a bold, memorable name—something your team would actually talk about. (Example: “Quota Crushers 2026” or “Sell Hard, Play Hard.”)
   
   
5. Present It:
   Write a short paragraph explaining why you chose each song and how it ties into sales motivation or company culture.
   
   
6. Bonus Round:
   Have Song Maker GPT write one original anthem for your kickoff. The winner gets bragging rights as the “AI DJ of the Year.”
   
   

Submit your playlist to the person in charge of producing your sales kickoff and you may have a chance of your music inspiring your sales team through their next kickoff.

Creating the Music

Here are the steps to create some fun music for your sales kickoff. 

• Navigate to Song Maker GPT - Create Your AI Music in ChatGPT.
  
  
• Cut and paste the following into your Song Maker GPT prompt window:

Create an upbeat rock anthem for a sales kickoff themed ‘Winning Together at [your company name]’. 

• When prompted with this message by ChatGPT, click “Confirm.”
  
  

• When prompted by ChatGPT with a “Listen here” link to the song, click on it.
  

• You will now be redirected to AISongGenerator.ai and will need to click on the Google sign in link in the upper left to log in with your Google credentials and create your free trial.
  
  
  

• Once you're signed in, scroll to the bottom of the “Create Music” panel on the left of the screen and click on “Generate with AI.”
  
  
  

• It takes about 30 seconds for AISongGenerator.ai to create your new song.  Click on “OK” and sit tight for half a minute.
  
  
  

•  Now navigate to your list of songs by clicking on “My Songs” on the top.
  
  

• After 30 seconds, your new song will appear in the song list.
  

• IMPORTANT: AISongGenerator.ai allows a free trial account to create only one song a day. You’ll need to wait until tomorrow to try the next song or sign up for their $9.90/mth subscription and get u.
  
• Now go back to Song Maker GPT - Create Your AI Music and create the next song.  Choose any of the following to cut and paste into ChatGPT or create your own.
  
• Generate a Pop Rap song to motivate a sales team at 8 AM the morning after a night out with colleagues.
  
• Write a 30 second celebration song for closing a deal written in the style of a 2000’s TV commercial.
  
• Create lyrics and melody ideas for a company anthem that celebrates innovation and resilience.
  
  

Final Thought

This challenge blends creativity, culture, and tech fluency—the trifecta of modern leadership. Sales kickoffs shouldn’t just pump people up for a week; they should echo your company’s DNA all year.
